Before the Meeting

   1.    Home Field Availability: Bring your home field availability or ensure your UIC has advised you on scheduling games at your home fields.

   2.    Tournament Dates: Don’t schedule games on weekends you’re already registered for tournaments. 

   3.    Roster & Registration: Rosters should be complete before the meeting and will become frozen on 9/13/26.

   4.    Payments: All payments must be completed prior to scheduling games. See "How do I register" below for details.

At the Meeting

   •    One team manager from every team should be present; if unable to attend then send a representative in place to perform scheduling. One representative max per team.

   •    We will provide a scheduling template at check-in. This must be fully completed and turned in before you leave.

   •    Prepare to identify your team classification as B, C, or D.

   •    Wear a shirt representing your league for easy identification!

   •    Don’t leave without checking out and submitting your final schedule and roster copy.

Other Notes

   •    This is also a great chance to mingle with other managers and share contacts.

   •    Cash bar will be available for beverage purchase. 

   •    If your team is no longer participating this fall then please direct message Jill Wyatt to be removed from the registration roster.
